Within the Patient Demographics section, to add Prior Authorization, scroll down and click “+ New Prior Auth” under the Prior Authorization section When you click “+ New Prior Auth”, a small window will open up in the middle of your screen. Here you can enter the following fields:
  • Auth Number
  • Effective Date
  • Expiration Date
  • Total Number of Visits
  • Insurance this Prior Auth is tied to:
Click “+Create” once you have entered all the desired information Also as Faxes come in, you can categorize the fax as a Prior Authorization or Referrals: Features In Development
  • Prior authorization tracking by CPT codes and units, auto-update auth workflows, support unit-based authorizations in the working list, and integrate seamlessly into claim submission
  • Send outbound referrals
